This is to introduce Mr. Oscar Foronda, the independent owner of Custom Colors, LLC located in Annandale, Virginia.
On three occasions during the past year my family contracted with Mr. Foronda to provide painting services, that include general repair work, at our residence in Great Falls. On each occasion Mr. Foronda's included detailed cost and materials estimates and spelled out the work to be accomplished.
The bottom line is that Mr. Foronda and his workers did a first rate job that we are fully satisfied with.
Mr. Foronda's bids were extremely competitive and in fact, one job, that called for re-caulking the outside of our home and limited painting, was bid at less than half the price requested by two of his competitors. Mr. Foronda routinely offered useful professional suggestions to help us reach contract related decisions and never hesitated to go the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
