Q.- What kind of preparation work will be done? A.- Good questions! This is one of the major differences between Custom Colors, LLC and other "Painters". All work surfaces will be thoroughly prepared before paint is applied. Preparation work includes, but did not limited to, caulking, scraping, sanding priming drywall and bare wood. Q.- What king of people will be working in my home? A.- Professionals in every sense of the word, well trained, responsible, uniformed painters who have the greatest respect for their craftsmanship and work area. When we start your job, we stay until it is completed, no unfinished work dragging on for weeks. Q.- If I am having interior work done, will I have to move or cover anything? A.- No. Our trained professional painters will move everything for you, place dropcloths on floors, wrap furniture and fixtures with a plastic dropcloth, and then move everything back into place. No muss, no fuss. Q.- What about Exterior work? I have bushes, shrubs and flowers. What precautions are taken to protect them? A.- We treat the exterior of your home like the interior. Dropcloths are placed over everything, bushes, trees, flowers and sidewalks. In addition, all ladders have rubber "gloves" on the ends so no siding is scratched.
